About the Job

As an insurance advisor in Vimmerby, you will meet and provide service to our customers both through personal visits at the office and via our digital channels. A large part of your daily work involves receiving customers who visit us physically, where you, with attentiveness and commitment, help them find the right insurance solutions based on their needs. At the same time, you will have daily contact with both existing and potential private customers via our digital platforms, allowing you to quickly and smoothly provide advice, answer questions, and communicate our products.

Your mission is to create a safe and positive customer experience, whether the meeting takes place on-site in Vimmerby or digitally. You are an important part of the department's development and contribute to us achieving our goals together. To thrive in the role of insurance advisor, you need to be able to work both independently and in a team to best assist the customer who calls or comes into the office. Periodically, we have a high call volume, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the work pace increases. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You should also be comfortable working with various IT systems and digital tools.
